From Champaign, IL circa 1978 is this newspaper tabloid documenting the nascent punk movement via writings on Devo, Ramones, Patti Smith, Richard Hell, Ubu, etc. and already speculating on its future impact. Interesting columns and graphics, an obscure but useful publication.
