Indie Rock Connect-the-Dots

Following the success of his “Gangsta Rap Coloring Book” Aye Jay created 2004’s homage to that scene’s icons. It’s not a true “connect-the-dots” but rather fully-rendered sketches surrounded by dots, leaving very little work for the viewer. Maybe this is a commentary?
