First edition, published in 1929 on Mandrake Press. 

Comes with new, reproduction dustjacket, not original.

Overall condition is fair - see photos. Cover has marks. Pages are yellowed. Spine is slightly loose. Front pages taped to cover. Rear end pages have marks from some sort of paper contamination. 

Inscribed in two different instances by Genesis P-Orridge to his wife Paula and daughter Caresse, one dated "10 Sept 1982." For that reason, an incredible artifact.
