Peace Circle 5/12/84

This looks like a lyric booklet of anarcho punk bands from the Bay Area circa 1984. I see mentions of A State of Mind, Treason, and X-Tal, which makes me wonder if this was meant to accompany a recording of some sort? In any case, it's classic 1984, animal rights, anarchy to the max.
